Hey every body THIS is my first post so I think WE should look at the cover so my Idea is that there's a chick on the front cover so my idea is that there's a chick because juli has chickens in her backyard so I was thinking it probably it has(the title) has something to do with her chickens and bryce because why would they put that on the cover so that's my opinion
also whats all your opinions on the way bryce feels about juli should he except her or tell her to scram because personaly I would feel offended if I was juli because its hurt full I don't think he actualy knows how much she likes him . :D

ReplyDeleteI think that you are right they choose to use the chick because it is one of the most significant events in the plot. I would actually state that it is perhaps the moment in the book where Juli's opinion of Bryce starts to go down? What do you think?

ReplyDeleteHi Dylan: The chicken image is really important in the book. I started to note whenever I saw the author use it but there are just sooo many references I couldn't keep it up. By the time you get to page 144 you'll see that Juli does eventually get the picture about Bryce. Her feelings do start to change. I have a feeling they will change again though. We still have 70+ pages to read.
